"The absolute worst. I have moved states three times and this is by far the worst company I have ever used. They keep coming up either additional charges and fees. Told me my delivery date had to be a 2-30 day window from my FADD date which is the earliest possible date it can be delivered. So I have to rent an apartment and live there with no furniture for up to 30 days? When I asked what is the heads up on delivery ?No set time, it processes as standard. In order to reserve a specific day it could be anywhere from $1000-1500?. So for 30 days I have to sit in my apartment and just wait for my things to be delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. "

"Not well. Refrigerator was moved but in a way that the compressor is now broken. Cost $400 to move and they compensated me $210 for the now broken refrigerator since that was the "extent of their liability". They did not refund the move expense after multiple requests. So i essentially paid $200 for them to come to my house a break my refrigerator. Unless you think $0.60/lb is reasonable compensation for damage to your belongings, use someone with better customer service and insurance."

"Beware of massive hidden charges and undisclosed fees. Initial quote will not be accurate. Very unprofessional and condescending towards woman. Highly recommend seeking other movers. I will not use this company again. Our initial quote for 5 hours and 30 minutes was 629.00 The job was completed in 4 hours and we paid 582.00 because of hidden fees."

After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day.
