"Went well. He found our humidifier access was "closed" instead of open, which was a problem, and our humidifier filter qualified as an EPA superfund cleanup site ... so that needed replacement. Also did general maintenance, cleaning, checking. Personable fellow and work done promptly; I'd recommend them. This was our first use of Rose, and I'm pleased so far."

Once, they had to return after some sewer line maintenance to tighten up a ‘cap’ they had installed to replace the worn out existing one because of some minor leakage which they corrected.
