I was VERY impressed with his communication, timeliness, knowledge and fair quote. He walked me through the entire process of the different options and then was very honest with what he suggested we do (which was just cut cracked mortar out and re-mortar). They do not make our color of mortar anymore, so he had to mix quite a few colors together to make it match seamlessly. while he was fixing the cracked mortar, he found a few other spots that our roofers didn't catch, and we would have never seen.
