"It was a very good experience from my first stop at the showroom in Birmingham to the installation.  The  Designer shared good ideas, was patient with my decision making process, listened to my wants and needs regarding how I wanted the unit to function for me.  She told me about a special going on at the time of my order which allowed me to upgrade the finish on the unit at no extra charge.  It is beautiful and what a bonus!   The installers were good.  After the initial installation and a couple of days using the closet, I called the company back with a request to reduce the spacer between the twin units that were installed from 5 inches to 1 inch, which gave me more space to reach into the right and left side recessed pockets of the closet. A different installer came to do the job.  He even solved a clearance issue created by the 2 sliding mirrored track doors enclosing the closet.   I was impressed. <br /> There was one other small issue with the file drawers of my unit and the company // installer handled it quickly.  I needed the file drawers to have a front to back orientation but I did not initially receive the correct inserts, but got them when the installer came to make the adjustment I mentioned earlier.  I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the service of the company.  Top notch.  The whole team is very invested in customer satisfaction because they are all employees, not contractors with not a lot to lose.  I would definitely use California Closets again. <br />"

"This company's service is great. I had a number of windows in my home that had problems with rot and I wanted to make sure that their replacement was done right with quality materials and quality workmanship. Renewal by Anderson did a great job. In addition to installing the new windows, they also took care of some issues with boards underneath that were rotted. To ensure that I did not have rot on the trim again, they use the PVC trim around the window. For one of the windows, I requested a window with different dimensions. This required new framing, drywall work, and some new siding. On the siding, rather than just installing some small filler pieces, they replaced whole pieces of so that I would not have any seams. Also, the new siding they installed was an exact match to my old siding. After painting, you cannot tell that the window size was changed, everything looks great."

"Giving Scott and his crew only 5 stars feels like I’m understating my level of satisfaction! My partner is an experienced interior designer who had her own studio in Silicon Valley (California), and having worked with mostly an upscale clientele, was pretty savvy and precise with her desires and expectations. Her feelings about working with Scott are identical to mine, in that he really strove to understand our wants and expectations, was totally client-focused, and clearly wanted us to be totally satisfied with everything about our working together. Essentially the quality of workmanship was top-notch, he was a treat to work with, and did all he promised to do in the time frame agreed upon in our initial contractual discussion. Now, prior to hiring Scott, I acquired labor-only bids from two of the major building supplier retail outlets in the area, as well as a couple of other ‘remodeling’ specialists. We further researched this and other sites which offer customer reviews on contractors. The difference in pricing made our decision to employ Scott a no-brainer, and I consider this decision to be one of the best I have ever made!!! Also, something that my partner and I initially agreed upon prior to hiring anyone was that we needed to feel comfortable with the people we hired, and have a strong sense that they were highly trustworthy. Well. Scott and company scored 5+ stars on this scale as well. Yea, I’m starting to feel gushy as I write this, but all that I’ve stated here is valid. We are currently at our Florida island home, and continuing an extensive remodeling project begun last year. We’ve found no one down here that comes remotely close to approximating the quality of workmanship we experienced with Scott. He has set the bar extremely high!"
