"Technician called ahead, like I requested. He did a great job. Cleaned not only the vent sys, but my flexible vent hose as well as the inside of my dryer. Then he put everything back exactly the way it was before he started. Very professional and detailed work."

"<p>He came back twice more because we had issues. He really followed up very, very well and we were very happy. Now the dryer vent cleaning has been really much better. It was really quite a problem and he really stuck with it. He did an excellent job. He gave initial service and then we called him back twice more because there were some issues. He really stood behind his work. He said he guaranteed it for a year so anytime  I have further problems he said to come back. We called him the third time and there was no problem. He followed through on his guarantee. We paid him once for his initial coming and he said if there were any further problems to call him and he would be back. He said there would be no additional charge so he came back both times with no issues of further payment. He was very, very good. Someone else had come out once before and they were not very good. His price was basically the same as the earlier person. The first time he came he thought we had the problem solved, but the second time when he came back he did a different service to get to the same problem and it was great. So the guy knew what he was talking about and did a really good job. He was really outstanding. We will call him back in a year.  </p>"

There were a few tough spots but general overall cleaning was not what I had expected. They didn't get near floor boards or behind doors.
