"Person scheduled to come did not and replacement person found new repairs to be done. I had to haggle on the price since it went up drastically. When he left after repairing the contactor and capacitor and "cleaning" the unit (running a hose over the coils), AC unit froze over and damaged the furnace. Now we have to replace the whole system when the furnace was in good shape."

He placed blowers underneath the house and in the bathroom to dry out as much sub-floor as he could. He installed a strengthened sub-floor, built a new shower pan, and retiled the shower and the surrounding floor. Chris's work habits are very good in that you always knew when he would arrive and he always worked as late as needed. I would recommend and hire Chris again in a minute!"

"It didn't go because I was unsure about timing and our plans. Since our plans are so unsettled at this time, I couldn't make definite plans about anything. It seems like our plans and needs change daily. We are talking about a third person moving in with us, he has pets, we are looking at moving to another home in the area, or out of the area, a town away from here or just staying put.
