"I was looking for a reliable, reasonable roofing company. Multiple bidders simply glanced at the roof and then wrote an estimate to completely replace. They did a complete evaluation and a gave me options on repair/replace and provided pros/cons. The crew was on time, clean & courteous. Anytime I run across someone with a roof issue, I will refer them to Raen Construction, LLC."

"jim guy are outstanding. Needed some slate roof repairs after a big storm, and they made a gameplan, followed through with it, explained everything that they were seeing, and priced all of the above very reasonably. We have worked with some other chimney/slate folks in the area, and we'll be going back to Prime One Roofing, LLC from now on. Thanks from jim, guy!"

"Elite Work Home Improvement made the most difficult part of roof repair simple. My roof had been swamped by heavy rain and my soggy shingles needed a lot of work to remove the stains, and mold and provide an even texture for a smooth finish. They did a top-notch job. Their fast service and knowledgeable staff made the repairs worth all the money. It was stress-free to leave this task I hated to them. It's always a good idea to gather the opinions of experts and go through references of companies before you hire them. Elite roofing is the perfect choice for roof shingle repair."

"Mike and his team did an amazing job repairing the roof on my parents' brownstone in Brooklyn. The roof hadn't been replaced in many years, and we were experiencing leaks. They were able to strip the roof down to the beams, repair the foundation (including replacing a few rotted beams), and install a new roof in just three days! They were true professionals throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from the start, so we knew exactly what to expect—materials for the roof, arrival times, and the estimated completion timeline. They also provided regular updates as the repairs were underway, ensuring we always felt informed. We would absolutely work with them again in a heartbeat!"

"I was very pleased with O'Brien Brother's Contracting for a recent roof repair due to a leak. Eddie came the day that I contacted him. He was the fourth estimate that I received and proved to be very knowledgeable about the matter, including that the GAF shingle color that I have is no longer produced. That said, he was able to make some phone calls while standing on my roof and located a place with some remaining supply of the color shingle that is on my roof. The repair was quick and looks terrific. I will hire him again the next time I need a roof repair. Eddie also removed an old satellite dish and stump of an old electrical connection, and the roof looks great."

"We bought our home in 2012 and got the Windows, Roof and Siding done by Brothers Aluminum. They were good and we would especially recommend the group that did our Roofing - Edwardo - very professional, efficient and great. One of the best team and team leaders they have employed. Again, this is only one group.... there are many crew groups that work. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Our sales person, Peter Ferris, mentioned that Brothers also does other construction work and we contracted them to do our front walkway, which included removal of old bricks, taking the root and stem of a tree that we had already gotten removed, and, clearing of minor shrubs. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />It was quite obvious that Brothers Aluminum does NOT do the work themselves but sub-contract the work. Finally, after getting the old bricks removed, and, new pavers laid down, they poured sand over to compact - standard procedure. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />However, they failed to remove the tree stump. Many many calls to the sales agent, Peter Ferris and their office resulted in NO ACTION. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Finally, Peter Ferris called us and mentioned that we can get the job done, and that he would pay for it. We called the agency who we had worked with before and he billed is $600, a fair amount to grind the stump out. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I personally walked into the store and handed the secretary the bill for a refund and haven't heard back from them since. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Many calls have been ignored and Mr. Peter Ferris has refused to call us back and does not pick up phone calls on his cell anymore. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Emails have gone unanswered. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />At the very least, we feel that HE and the company owes us a phone call - whether they pay us back or not, as in the big picture, $600 might not mean much. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />After giving them $30,000.00 in business, this is NOT the proper way to be treated. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />It seems that everyone is here for the money and once it is paid, it is lost. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Be careful! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Santhosh <br />"
