"Tom did our property last year….the entire property, from tearing up a poorly done yard by Kay Builders and completely replacing with it new sod, to building us a wonderful stone patio with lighted block seating walls. They also provided all the landscaping, putting dozens of trees and bushes, replaced a poorly done sidewalk and made a new one out of the same stone from our patio. Tom and his crew were timely, communicated with us readily and their work was top notch….so much so that we were literally the talk of our new development. As such, I believe Tom did at least four projects in our new neighborhood as a result of the fantastic work he did with ours Fast forward to this year - two of our tress didn’t last through the winter a medium sized blue spruce and a an arborvitae…. Tom cam out yesterday and replaced them under warranty. Fantastic work, a great, great man who does exactly what he says he’s going to do. We would hire Tom and his crew in a heartbeat. Do so and you won’t be disappointed"

"Excellent! We needed 4 Timber Retaining Walls that were jointly owned by 6 households (10 people) torn down & Replaced with Stone Retaining Walls. (Not an easy feat with multiple households, one being out of state for an extended period.) However, the paperwork was managed easily by A & J Excavation. All signatures were obtained electronically and work was able to begin. At the jobs completion, everyone was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. Several of us intend on using then again next year for other projects on our homes. Honest, great prices, quality materials, excellent finished product, a 1 year warranty, and easy to work with. "First of all, the professionalism of these guys was everything I hoped for and more. I was kept up to date with schedules including changes required due to weather and third party activities. The enthusiasm for the projects was similarly infectious. Broad brush ideas were refined and negotiated with ease. The execution of the work was timely and respectful of my property. The project for the gardens in the rear area included the relocation of a wealth of plants, significant weeding of existing beds & paths, and the installation of new plants and mulching. New hardscape was installed to connect the gardens with a hot tub alcove. For an existing path, its extension and installation of edging was not specifically included in the original work order and this was able to be accommodated while keeping to the agreed upon scheduling for a modest surcharge. The front walk redo addressed inherent flaws from another company's original work. Regrading was done in a way I did not foresee could be accomplished -- both for the walkways themselves and the areas between the walkways and beds. A portion of an existing stone wall was adjusted so that it was properly aligned (which had not been assessed to be included). The old beds behind these stone walls were raised up, which provides a more forward display of the new plantings. The new beds around lampposts are similarly presentation conscious. In all, the curb appeal enhancement I desired generously exceeded my expectations. Multiple pricing options were provided so that I could choose one that balanced my desires and my wallet. As such, more perennials are destined all around and I certainly will reach out next season to have these guys augment their already stunning results."
