"Randy is a nice guy. He was on-time and completed the work quickly. I had power run from my house to my detached garage and also had some LED lights installed inside the garage and a motion light on the exterior. The placement of the lights was perfect. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I was not a huge fan of the finish work where the connection was made from the house or through the garage but everything is working correctly, and we have power. I would definitely use him again but would probably discuss in more detail exactly how things will be done before having him start the work."

"It was pretty rocky. At first. Several appoints made by Tri-State no one ever showed up.Crew showed up to install the Generator before the site survey and did not have necessary equipment or cooperation of Electric or gas company nor call before you dig had been notified. I called Tri-State to warn them the call before dig had never been preformed. They said they'd take care of it, did not happen until right before installation crew came back the second time. The first time they were here they could not have installed the generator even had they had all the parts because none of the utilities had been marked. Finally after about three months the Generac was installed and working. I had several questions that I could never get answered by calling Tri-State. One of the installation team had to come back a couple of weeks later to replace a damaged part and he answered all my questions. The guys who installed the Generac were great, the problem is your guys operation center and call center as far as I can see do not communicate very well. Anyway the generator has worked fine in several power outages this spring. I am happy right now but I live in dread something goes wrong and I have to call Tri-State for help."

They quoted the price and I was amazed that the cost was so low. Not only did I hire them for the job, they brought a crew in right away and within a few hours everything was done and working. "Oneline Solutions technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. We have had 2 different service calls and both were handled very well. The first was changing out 12 fire alarms (3 story home with cathedral ceiling on main floor) and remove and replace garbage disposal. It appeared there was wire damage that required a more experienced electrician. The second call was above and beyond! Brian traced and fixed wires to garbage disposer. He took it on step further by repairing the broken cement countertop which holds up the kitchen sink faucet. He installed our ring camera and helped set it up for us. We had a light switch hanging by the wires and difficult to reach inside the cabinet. He insured all wire were connected correctly and than (one step further) built a small wooden box for the wiring, cut a hole the hang the switch on the exterior side of the cabinet. Awesome work dedicated to get the job done right!"

I wasn't able to get to the hardware store over the weekend to get a new light, so Brian supplied one for us by running to the store. There were a couple of other issues he looked into and only required a simple solution."

"Cory went above and beyond to remove the old heater/exhaust/fan from my bathroom ceiling and replace it with the new one I had purchased. There were some electrical issues and he called someone to come help with that part of the job. He had to go up into the attic to do some wiring fixes. He also had to do some ceiling dry wall repairs. The cost was reasonable for everything they had to do."

"This company is exceptional in customer satisfaction. First of all, they were on time, courteous and completed the job with no issues. The equipment they installed was much better than the previous one. I now have a circuit breaker, which I did not have before. They worked constantly in the hot weather and garage without hesitation. The job was finished way before AES showed up to turn the power back on. One of the workers stayed throughout the remainder of the day waiting on AES. Once they showed up, he walked through the house to make sure everything was working properly and explained everything that was installed. He showed me pictures of the damage on the roof and, where he repaired it. He even hauled away the debris from tree trimming that AES done. This was way beyond what I expected him to do. I only wish I had his name, so I can mention him appropriately. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking electrical solutions."
