True to his word, Mark was able to do the installation the next day. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and did the installation. He made sure the new unit was working properly before he left and even carried the old one to my patio. Like the first time, he charged a fair price for the service . Hopefully this is the last problem with my EV charger but I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Mark again for this or any future electrical projects. Guess they only want big jobs and $5300 in work is just a drop in the bucket to them.
