From my initial contact with Elizabeth in the main office to the service that was provided by Raphael and Omar, the staff was professional, polite, and punctual. I called on a Tuesday, and Elizabeth scheduled me in for Wednesday! And Raphael and Omar arrived an hour early. Before starting, Raphael reviewed a TO DO LIST with me. A ceiling fan and two outlets, including a GFI and light fixture, were either replaced or serviced. Pricing is competitive. Very pleased and would highly recommend."

I contacted Mark who did the original installation who said let him know when I received the replacement and he would install it for me . True to his word, Mark was able to do the installation the next day. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and did the installation. He made sure the new unit was working properly before he left and even carried the old one to my patio. Like the first time, he charged a fair price for the service . Hopefully this is the last problem with my EV charger but I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Mark again for this or any future electrical projects. Guess they only want big jobs and $5300 in work is just a drop in the bucket to them. There should be a category for those Contractors who will only take jobs above a certain price range so we both don't waste our time."
