True to his word, Mark was able to do the installation the next day. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and did the installation. He made sure the new unit was working properly before he left and even carried the old one to my patio. Like the first time, he charged a fair price for the service . We were without a usuable kitchen for more than 2 months and had no water in our kitchen. It was a horrible experience so we fired the unreliable contractor.
