I contacted Mark who did the original installation who said let him know when I received the replacement and he would install it for me . True to his word, Mark was able to do the installation the next day. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and did the installation. He made sure the new unit was working properly before he left and even carried the old one to my patio. Like the first time, he charged a fair price for the service . Hopefully this is the last problem with my EV charger but I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Mark again for this or any future electrical projects. I highly recommend Mark to anyone with electric needs."

Guess they only want big jobs and $5300 in work is just a drop in the bucket to them. There should be a category for those Contractors who will only take jobs above a certain price range so we both don't waste our time."
