"Had several problems with them residing my house. First of all, the dumpster was supposed to be at my house early in the morning on the day that they started. It did not show up until 6 pm that evening so the old siding was on my grass all day and killed some of it. After they were done, I checked everything and found they messed up my electrical, did not hook the exhaust hose back up when they installed a new vent. The project manager was not any help, so I had to call the owner. Eventually they got an electrician out to fix everything and I hooked the exhaust hose up myself and now everything is good but the fact that they said they were done and left things a mess if what bothered me. It took a couple weeks to fix, and it should have been done in 4 days. Most people probably don't check everything like I did so who knows if they did this to other homeowners."

"Needed to replace and repair lots of rotten wood, and peeling paint on the house. looked at several options, and Continental worked hard to earn my business. They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line. The house looks fantastic, and I never need to worry about rotten siding again. Would highly recommend."

"We originally contracted Joe Bishop out of Wichita, KS to install a bathroom in our basement. However, after months of much stress and lack of communication with him and his partner, Joe Gunn, the job was never finished. We eventually had to cut our losses and find someone else to finish the job. Ken with Hummingbird was able to finish the job quickly and efficiently. Bottom line: I would strongly recommend against ever using Joe Bishop or Joe Gunn to anyone. What a nightmare! However, I would highly recommend Hummingbird Construction for a pleasant, stress-free experience.

"My driveway always flooded with the rain. Home star installed a drain and a pipe which emptied the water into a ditch on my front lawn. They slanted the concrete so the water would drain. They also installed a patio . The craftsmanship was excellent! And there was not any sign of debris after the job. I will hire them again."

"Wow, what can I say. Romani Construction did a fantastic job. We had them come in to take out a load-bearing wall in addition to new flooring throughout. They gave us a great price and kept us updated despite some hiccups along the way. The hiccups were on our partâ  our house is a little older and when the previous owners did work on it, it wasnâ  t done like it was supposed to. Instead of installing some luxury vinyl planks on top of an existing floor, we had to remove tile and some plywood to get to the subfloor. The subfloor needed to be repaired in a few spots because of termite damage that wasnâ  t addressed. Their expertise helped us make decisions and balance our budget by helping us determine what can be patched up for now and what made sense in the long run to repair now. While they were here, we had them update our staircase and balusters and remove some wood paneling from the walls that was popular about 30 years ago. The wood paneling left a gap of about à ¼â  and we asked them to price out installing a staircase skirt board or à ¼â  drywall. They were able to do either and we chose to install the drywall for aesthetic purposes. Even when we discovered one of the balusters may have been accidentally damaged during installation, they came out a week later and fixed it for us free of charge. They stand by their work and honestly it looks great, especially with what they had to work with. The only complaint I have is that, at times, communication was a little difficult but Abid was our focal point until his vacation when Hector took over. Hector was a delight to work with as well. Shout out to Sam for putting up with all our demands and requests. :)"
