"They showed up when they said they were going to. Originally I was told it would take them 3 days to complete but they were finished in one day. The speediness did not seem to affect the quality because it looks great. They threw away all of their trash! Very professional. They are quoting me a price to complete the rest of the 2nd story exterior and windows at a later time! I really appreciated the fact that he was not pushy. He presented the options, price and let me take my time in deciding. Payment options were easy.he gave us an option of mailing a check or cash with receipt or credit card. We paid him $500 deposit with a credit card over the phone and he immediately emailed me a receipt. He did not ask for another single dime until job was completed and I was satisfied with it! "We had already signed a contract with other company for vinyl windows and had two days to cancel. We contacted Alamo Exteriors Siding and Windows for an estimate. Due to the time crunch, the owner, Mark, came by for a demo that day. Our talk with him wasn't as detailed as the demo we had from the other company. He showed us a aluminum window that looked better and explained how how it compared to vinyl frame windows energy wise. <br /> We decided to cancel the contract with the first company. We gave mark a cancellation letter, which, he delivered it to the first company the next day. Within three weeks, the windows arrived from the local company and were installed. 12 windows were installed in one day. The other four were installed in two hours the next morning. <br /> Mark was pleasant and sent a thank-you note after the demo. When placing the window order, Mark called to talk about our style choice for one of the windows and explained why he thought we should change it (at his cost). He was good about calling to let me know when the install team would arrive. He called to see how the install team was doing and came in person. There were no problems with the install team. The person in charge is upbeat and accommodating. <br />"
