"I called Sweet Touch on a Friday.  Our dog had been ill and created stains on two carpets.  I needed both cleaned ASAP. Since they were coming for carpet cleaning, we added several upholstered pieces to the list.  Mike the owner was wonderful, listening patiently as I described the scenario with sick dog and a wool oriental carpet.  He gave me a great price for all the work and scheduled his crew to come Monday.  Robert and Brady came Monday, pretreated the rug before cleaning, and took extra care with the oriental carpet and two silk chairs.  This hard working crew completed the job in under 90 minutes--well organized start to finish.  As new residents of Arizona, we've found our carpet cleaners!

He pretreated the stains throughout and steam-cleaned the rugs. What a difference after he was done! The stains were gone, the carpet looked and smelled fresh and it gave the apartment a whole new appearance. The rug is several years old, so wear and tear could not be eliminated. But the ground-in soil and stains were gone. He did a great job, was finished in about 45 minutes and it took only 6 hours to dry.

"John called the morning of with ETA and arrived on time. The tile had not been sealed in a long time (I am busy) and my wife cooks great, but it realy dirtied the tile by the stove. Martin's All Floors brought my floor to new. I couldn't believe how much dirt was in the floor. They even painted the groute and sealed after the cleaning. This was a couple of months ago and I still look at the floors every day and saw "wow, this is a beautiful floor"! I will always call on Martin's to keep my floors looking new. Actually asked John to just keep me in a floor maintenance schedule from now on! Martin's also does my office carpet as well. Gets the grime from our technicians boots right out.
