What was so nice is that he took extra time and helped me to remove a handle from my Jacuzzi tub that was stuck and leaking. He also gave me advice on how to replace the handles myself and how to unclog my Jacuzzi jets that were not jetting. He did not charge me for the extra time working on my Jacuzzi handle or on the time it took him to go to get parts. To top it off he was very kind and respectful as well. They arrived separately from Thomas. They took the measurements, recorded them and gave them to me for future reference. We decided that, based on the amount of fall recored in each section, the sewer line did not need to be dug up and re-routed, which was a relief. They did not charge me at all for coming by and doing the measuring. <br /> The entire job performed by both Thomas and the two Pattersons was professional, helpful and worth the cost.
