Out of all the quotes I received Nate Meyer took the time to understand the unique dormer situation on my home, and got onto a ladder to check things out. No one else had done that. He knew exactly what the job entailed so there were no surprises. His price was very competitive. On top of all this, Nate was very timely with all communications and he responded to questions within 24 hours. I had a concern with one of the windows after installation and Nate was at my house within a couple days to make sure all was good. I would highly recommend!"

"This entire team was a pleasure to work with on my window replacements. The windows are a very good quality, the two gentleman who installed them were so wonderful. They were quick but did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Windows are not cheap, but Zen was by far the most reasonably priced option for a quality product that I found. At no point during the process did I feel pressured or rushed to make decisions but when I was ready everything moved very smoothly. "Shawn is very professional and does excellent work!! He hung all of our 6-panel interior doors and did such an awesome job, we hired him to assemble our gazebo. It is a 10 x 12 double-tier galvanized steel roof gazebo. The directions said 2 people really should put it together, but he did it all by himself in about 9 hours. Wow... fast!! We have been using it for a few weeks now and are so impressed with his work. We have had torrential rain and not one leak! Next, we will be asking him to put in bathroom flooring. Shawn rocks!! 5 stars!"

"The installation was about a month after the original planned date, reportedly due to bas weather. Once they started it went as expected. Everyone was friendly efficient and professional.

3eHowever a couple of months after it was complete. we began to get a leak. After the original call to C and D. we were promised they would come out the following week - the leak was only a drip at that time, No one showed or called the following week. We called again after not hearing, by this time the leak was much larger and more than a drip and in more than just one place. They Promised again someone would show that week but again no show and no call. This happened again each of the two weeks and by this time furniture and electronics had been affected. Called a couple of individuals and tried to escalate the issue with the company, and after a couple more weeks, finally a tech came out. Once on site the cause of the leak (workmanship) was identified, fixed correctly and we have not had any other problems.

Their knowledge of the product they used seemed quite limited as trying to get an answer on whether or not a wood or pellet stove could be installed throu the ceiling or wall and the method was answered only with they did not know but were aware some customers had done it.

"Went well with no problems. By way of background, I have used Quality Counts Painting since 2010. Since then they have painted the exterior twice, entire interior including the woodwork, outside deck and plaster board repairs. They are easy to work with and pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend them as I have done for neighbors and friends."
