"From the very first call, this company was great to deal with. I mostly dealt with TJ, and he was amazing. My yard was just plain lawn, with a really ugly cement walk and driveway. They demo'd all the cement, then moved the driveway where I wanted it and put down a lovely walkway and cement pad for my garbage cans, all bordered by really nice pavers. Chris even built the most amazing raised front porch. The yard was seeded and I got plants and trees for the front and back. It took awhile, but that was due to the exceptionally rainy April we had. I get compliments all the time, and I now have the nicest yard on the block. I'd HIGHLY recommend these guys"

"I had all of the front yard trees pruned. These trees have been neglicted for years, so they were in rough shape. LG Scott came out and gave an estimate, he knew more about what I needed to do and not do than I did so I pretty much let him do what he thought was needed. His crew showed up as promised the trees look good and the clean up was fantastic not os much as a leaf or a gum ball when they were done. Good job all around. I highly reccommend them <br />"

"The proposal given called for grading, sod and landscaping around the edge my existing patio as well as the construction of a step from the patio. My back yard had sloping however through the consultation meeting and learning that we have a French drain, Craig was confident they could regrade to flatten out some of my problem areas. The grading ended up never happening and I was given a refund for the dirt needed for the grading but it was still a driving factor on why I needed the project performed. In hindsight, if I knew grading wasn't going to happen I wouldn't have chosen to go with the project so while receiving a refund for the dirt was nice, I'm still disappointed. GSU ended up "smoothing out" the existing dirt around the edge and laying sod over top of it while planting 6 shrubs with mulch laid over top. It looks fine but it definitely didn't blow me away for the price I paid. Issues I've noticed with the craftsmanship: - The mulch bed does not have a crisp edge on them and the mulch leaks into the grass (photo attached). - The sod used was also not that high of quality and already had dry grass within it. I've been watering it every day and it struggling to stay. We'll see what happens (photo attached). I can tell they wanted to do the right thing and make things right but they also seemed to care more about making money than making a quality product. I've seen better craftsmanship in landscaping at a better price."

"We had a pest control company for years and then they sold out to TruGreen. So we were turned over to TruGreen for pest control. For the 4 months or so that we've had them, they have been courteous and responsive when we call them. We have to call an 800 number for service. However, they have put bug repellant granules all over my child's playhouse and slide. Of course, then I did not want him to play on it since it was covered in chemicals. We had ants trying to take over our mailbox as their nest. We called them and they came out within 48 hours to put down granules and that was successful. They told us that the ants were coming from our trees and shrubs. They offered for us to pay additional to have our trees and shrubs treated. I declined. I expect that a pest control company should be able to control the pests in our home without me paying additional to treat my yard. Now we have an ant problem in our kitchen. They treated the exterior 6 days ago and it's just getting worse. When I canceled their service, they were very courteous and canceled my service promptly."

"Everyone was professional, prompt and couteous. However, the inspector didn't have a ladder when he arrived. Apparentlyl I was suposed to tell them they needed to bring a ladder. He offered to come back with a ladder, but upon further questioning, it turns out that unless your attic is finished or has walking boards installed, they can't go up there at all. They just shine the light around and look for signs."
