"Our Southern Solar install just went online, and it felt so great to produce the first kWh's of our own power! The entire experience with Southern Solar was just amazing â from the very first contact, all the way to the end. I actually was in touch with several solar companies to make sure we get the best offer and product for our home, and Southern Solar was hands down the best company in every single respect. They were very fast, and very responsive. Making a decision like this, it is always very important for me to get the best and trustworthy information. The guys from Southern Solar stood out, especially our sales agent, Matt Burrier. He was able to answer every single one of my questions in full detail and was available during the entire process to coordinate the individual steps. Very knowledgeable, absolutely no B.S. â that was just what I needed to be fully confident. And then, Southern Solar also won in terms of the price they were able to offer, and the install even completed weeks ahead of schedule! Turnaround time with all communications was super fast, and every single person who was involved in the process (sales person, design team, roofers, electricians, etc.) was very professional and delivered high-quality work. The installation looks beautiful (see pictures). The way the cables are run from the roof down looks better than any other solar install in my neighborhood. It was a total "turnkey" solution, I didn't have to do anything; they took care of getting all the permits, etc. I can fully recommend Southern Solar to anyone without any reservations whatsoever, and I wish them all the best in their mission to make VA go solar!"

"I have to say I was fully satisfied with the end result of the work done at my house. I was getting Qwest piping replaced throughout my entire townhouse with modern Pex piping. If you plan to live a bit more conscious free, I highly suggest it. I had gotten quotes from various plumbing companies as there is so much competition and A1 beat them easily. The work done wasn't completely to my satisfaction and the project took much longer than expected due to various reasons. Most of the supervisors I worked with were very competent and solidly communicative with my frustrations, actually empathizing with the reality of the situation. The initial person who did the job was a great and super friendly guy but his helper was just not great and he had to continually fix his problems which made things run over. Months later when I got settled I expressed frustration to the management and A-1 met in the middle with me on a constructive solution. I am 100% happy with the results and plan to do a lot more business with them. A really really big shoutout to the tech who visited twice and did everything without issue, Jonathan Schemetti. Also I really appreciate Tim who was easily the best contact person I got in touch who made things happen. Make SURE you get to a supervisor who doesn't give you a standoffish attitude or dismiss your concerns, they have really great people working here.!"
