"Installed a chimney sleeve but left gaps. Tore the sleeve. I had a Professional come out and look at Shamrocks work. They said there are gaps. Called Shamrock back and because I had a second opinion on their work it voided my warranty. If shamrock did the job right I wouldn't have to get an inspection. Another issue with Shamrock. Had multiple appointments but an hour before they said there so called professional couldn't make it. So instead of going to work I waited for them to cancel. Three times. Shamrock is a company I hope you never have to deal with."

Glastonbury Chimney, is quite possibly the last honest chimney company out there. Will never sell you something you don't need always give fair prices and do excellent work.

"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"
