"Lee is entirely professional and outstanding to work with. We contacted Lee based on a project he completed for a good friend of ours. His design for our back yard project was creative and tasteful. He developed computer generated pictures of the proposed project so we could see what we were getting into. He was attentive to our concerns and brought forth a design that really met our needs and hopes. If we remember correctly, the first project was approximately 6 weeks, due to the large scope. The team executed the work beautifully. They were consistently on time, with high standards for craftsmanship. The budget ended up being higher than anticipated, but that was because we loved what he was accomplishing, and so we added new features to the original design. When it came time to select the plantings for all our projects, he took us to the nursery on several occasions to pick out just the right specimens. <br /> We loved his stonework, and asked him to return the following summer to create a set of front steps for our home. He connected us with a contractor to complete the porch overhead, which worked out beautifully. Then the next summer, we needed to embark on a major landscaping effort due to the October snow storm which destroyed many of our plantings. Lee did a tremendous job with exceptionally large trees and bushes. He created a truly beautiful front yard planting scene using 6-8 very large evergreens, and also replaced a very large row of arborvitea hedges. <br /> Because the company does a beautiful job, a prospective homeowner may need to wait a bit for the project to begin. It will be worth the wait. And once they begin, they will be dedicated and earnest until the project is completed. <br />"

"This is my second time hiring BBB. Previously, they did over my bathroom & buoy a new one in the basement. This time I had a leaky skylight in the closed in breezeway that has been leaking for quite some time & causing a fair amount of damage. I contacted BBB & got an estimate with work started & completed within two weeks. They gave me a very detailed estimate with a time table on what was going to happen & when. When the job before mind ran late, I got two notices that work would begin a day late. They crew did a fabulous job with new skylights & ceiling that look great. The roof looks like the windows were magically put in with no change to the roof. The crew was courteous, timely & very professional. BBB is my go to for any repair/construction work I need. "We went to pick out the stone to be used at a stone supply store recommended by Quinn (incidentally, they were great too.  Very helpful and friendly!)  Then the store and Quinn coordinated the delivery of the stone that we picked.  Quinn was extremely reliable.  Whenever he said they would be there, they were.  He always called to let us know the arrival time and how long it would take.  And, it always panned out the way he said.  The wall and steps are beautiful and well-crafted.  He prepared our yard for work he'll do for us in the spring, because our budget didn't allow all the work to be done at once.  He was willing to work with our budget constraints.  We never felt pressured in our conversations with him to do more than we could afford or wanted to do.  And, he always returned our phone calls and cleaned up after the work.  We are going to use him again to finish off the yard with a patio made of pavers.  He may be a little on the expensive side, but it's worth paying for the reliability and professionality. <br />"

"It went really well. We moved into this 90 year old house about a year ago. The house we moved from for built for us, so it was brand new and all up to code. This house is not. There were a lot of electrical things that needed attention the day we moved in, but I've been procrastinating. Some of them were simple (for an electrician) like installing a light switch. Others definitely required the services of a professional like the new circuit and surge protector. And one (the show-me-how-to-use-the-generator-hook-up thing) just required a conversation with someone who knew what they were talking about. Tony fit the bill on all three accounts. <br /> He was very responsive from the time we first contacted him, to giving us a quote, to scheduling the work, to completing the work. We was courteous, well-spoken, professional, and personable (he got my shy 2-year-old to give him a high five). He got the work done within the window he estimated, which was important to us because my wife had to work that night. Not only was he patient with me and my numerous questions about the new circuit and switches, but he also anticipated many of my questions about the generator and brought to my attention a bunch of things that I never would have even thought to ask. He noticed that the existing external hook-up for the generator for non-standard and made sure we were prepared for a black out by helping me actually connect the generator, power it up, switch from the main panel to the generator panel and seeing exactly which circuits are connected to the generator's panel - going so far as to run the water and make sure that the well pump would turn on. I actually feel like I'm ready for a blackout. Tony was a big help!"
