Technician came out next day and the price almost doubled and it took two more days for the window to be repaired. We are satisfied with the window but wish the person on the phone would of had more accurate information."

The installer was very thorough and knowledgeable. The day it was installed, it was very slightly dented and a few noticable scratches. It was also bowing when closed. They came out and fixed it all. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
