"I called to get a quotation on trimming one tree in my yard. The owner came within an hour and suggested that I trim another tree as well, although I didn't think it was necessary as well as some bushes that needed to be trimmed. He gave me a quote for the work but was unable to honor a "offer" on Angie's list for a discount. He did contact Angie's list and find out that they had re-activated an offer that was no longer available and has since been removed. He still gave me a small discount and I appreciated it as the mistaken offer was not his fault and I have confirmed that the offer is no longer on Angie's list. He said that the crew could be there the next morning. The owner then left and sent me an invoice by email within an hour. Early the next morning the crew arrived and began working before I could even speak to them. I They did a great job on the main tree and a fair job on the rest, but kept asking me questions of how I wanted the tree trimmed, with my response being that they were the experts and they needed to tell me. With respect to that second tree, the tree trimmer said it didn't need trimming at all but went ahead and cut 3 small limbs off as I paid to have the tree trimmed. They were quick and cleaned up 90% of the mess, but left a handful of leaves and small branches scattered through the yard; however the owner of the company cleaned those up on his post work inspection. The communication has been excellent and the punctuality can't be beat."

I had a tree which was dropping significant debris in my pool. My solution was to cut a major branch at the main trunk. Mike explained why that wasn't the right approach. "I had two very large over grown oaks and 5 smaller trees. the oaks had become so over grown that they completely obscured the front of the house and hung over the street signs. the team pruned the trees beautifully allowing light through and clearing the lowest branches with out removing my shade or privacy.

"I hired Jose and Freddy's Tree Service after talking to two other companies. The first reason that I decided on this company, was that they were able to take care of each and every 'issue' I had. I needed the following A patio created A fire pit Raised flower beds designed A large tree removed and other trees trimmed A garden shed removed A huge fireplace/patio removed (this was a tough task) After Jose and I talked and agreed on the design (and he had lots of ideas) we decided to move forward. During the first 1-2 days I added other 'needs' and Jose had no issue taking care of these for me. The project was a challenge for sure and the guys worked tirelessly from early morning until it grew dark. I cannot say anything negative at all about their work ethic. Jose is enthusiastic, has many creative ideas and comes across as a person who LOVES to design and give the customer a beautiful end product. He chose all the plants for me and I'm so delighted with his choices. The patio area is more like a courtyard, with beautiful grey stone and cedar wood landscape lined beds. It truly looks wonderful. Projects are always stressful, no matter what, and this was no exception. During the process, it is always a mess and envisaging the end product isn't easy. Now that it is complete though we couldn't be happier. It is gorgeous and we cannot wait to use the area. In the future, should I need more landscaping done, I would for sure hire Jose and Freddy's Tree Service."
