"Kris/KMA Home Improvement was great! What I thought would be an easy project turned out to be more than I thought it would but Kris was great. I was having mold issues from condensation coming through the drywall from duct work. He came up with a solution to fix the issue and hopefully prevent it from happening again. He went above and beyond with the prepping so I never had to clean up a mess from him like I did when the previous company tore the wall down to check where the mold was coming from. He did any amazing job painting everything and even went above and beyond by helping me install a new outlet cover to the ceiling where my garage door opener plug in. Very happy with Kris and already have plenty more projects in mind to hire him for!!"

He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. "I was able to reach the provider on my first attempt and set up a phone call to schedule the estimate. I received a call back within a reasonable amount of time and was scheduled for an estimate the very next day. The gentleman who arrived was very punctual and pleasant to speak to. In the end, we chose a different brand of door, but this is in no way a reflection of the service we received.

"Someone came out on 8/2/2019 to provide an estimate. He spent a lot of time examining my roof. He described the problems he saw and gave me a very reasonable estimate ($200). After I got a much higher estimate from another company, I decided to go with Mike's. Someone came out on 8/16/2019 and spent about 1.5 hrs. doing the repairs. The final cost for the work was $220. This seems to have fixed the problem. There have been several heavy rains since, and I have not noticed any leakage."
