Professional crew, clean-up was thorough. Nick was our representative, he oversaw the entire project and kept us informed of what the crew was doing. "It went really well. The contractor, Tom, is a really nice guy. He answered all my questions and couldn't have made it easier on me. He literally did all the work on filing an insurance claim. He got me my roof plus extras. Every time I called or text he would answer right away. If I had an issue it was handled immediately. They said they would do my roof in 2 weeks and not even a week later it was torn off and out on in ONE day. All the workers that showed up at my house were all very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to hiring them again for future projects. The owner even showed up to make sure everything was going smooth. A+ rating."

"The experience from beginning to end was very professional. Russell came by to look at my roof and then sat down with me to go over what he saw, what he recommended and next steps. I've never had my roof replaced before, so that's why I gave 4 stars on price because I don't know what is expensive or inexpensive for roofing. Infinity Exteriors was in between the other two companies that provided me a quote, but the professionalism and communication is what did it for me. Once I signed the paperwork, I was later assigned a project manager who would give me updates and call me to let me know when I would be expecting materials and a dumpster to arrive at the house. The project manager showed up the day of the project and followed up with me after completion to do a walk through before final payment. Overall, they did an amazing job. No complaints here!"

"Dave and APR were very responsive to an emergency we had with our flat roof leaking in our addition to the house because of excessive snow and ice. Dave was able to adjust some scheduling to get his guys out to our house immediately where most companies we called didn't even get back to us until the next day (even though we stated it was an emergency). Dave's crew went above-and-beyond by not only removing probably 3 feet of snow and ice, but they repaired the roof in numerous spots including the flashing where the roof met the chimney and brick part of the house as well as completely refinishing the vent stack at no extra charge. Very professional, courteous, and responsive - highly recommended and we will certainly use them again if the need arises."

"I hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction."
