We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas. Every one of the individuals I came in contact with at Abry Brothers was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Beginning with setting up a time for Troy to come out and do an inspection of the foundation. He was very informative and helpful in making a decision to do the foundation repair. Followed by the structural engineer who was also very friendly and went out if his way to schedule a time to meet me at my house. He was patient when I asked questions about the whole process and to verify where the piers needed to be placed. the secretary was great at lining up financing and answering any questions we had about the process. "After receiving five estimates for some masonry work I was planning for my home, I chose to hire Mid-Atlantic Concrete Specialist. They were very prompt with answering the call and I had an estimate in hand the very next day. Jack was very personable and very professional during his visit. He took the time to explain how the work would be done and assured me that I would be please when everything was completed. I felt the price was more than fair!! We even got a senior discount. I initially hired Mid-Atlantic to repair my brick chimney and the brick steps to both my front and back porch. I was so impressed with their workmanship, I decided to have more work done to my home. "USA Floor-Tec did an absolutley amazing job on our driveway repair and stamped concrete deck repair. They went above and beyond to make the color and pattern match the existing stamped concrete. They also meticulously repaired and resurfaced our damaged driveway. All of the guys working on the project were very respectful and professional. Taylor who was overseeing the job was wonderful to work with. He communicated with us consistanly and clearly on the progress of the job and what we could expect. Taylor took extra time and effort to make sure that everything about the job was quality work, he also insured that all construction debris was cleaned up on a daily basis.
