"I hired Houses Are Us to do a deep clean before our move-out inspection. I described the job over the phone to the best of my ability and answered all of their questions honestly so that they could assess the job. I was skeptical when they turned down the offer to see the house before determining how many cleaners and hours it would take. In the end, the two assigned cleaning people took longer than expected to do the house, and left many surfaces untouched. Wall switches, door frames, and doors were still kid-smudged. The kitchen cabinets above the stove were still sticky with build-up. The main living room/dining area was barely swept before having a mop pushed around, so it dried still dirty. The inside of the oven wasn't cleaned, despite mentioning this specifically during the initial phone call. The entire sunroom was untouched except for a quick wipe of the windowsills (floors, windows, doors were still dirty). While the particular individuals that did our house may be fantastic cleaners for routine jobs to maintain cleanliness, they were ill-prepared for a deep cleaning job. On the plus side, I will be able to clean the rest without feeling completely overwhelmed at the task, since they did do a general cleaning otherwise. The point of contact for the company did offer a discount as well when I mentioned the problems stated above. Overall, I might recommend for a general cleaning service, but look elsewhere for a deep cleaning job."

"The 2 ladies said they were doing a deep cleaning of my house; they were here from 12:38 to 2:23pm. It was not until my husband pointed out that they had not cleaned under his bistro table in the den that I started to take a closer look at the job they had done!! Totally horrible!! I have left the owner messages for 3 days with pictures hoping that this could be resolved but she has not responded. The downstairs bathtub and shower were not cleaned nor was the floor or faucet; my wooden hat stand in the living room still had dog hair all around it; the foot bases in the main bed were filthy and the wardrobe top was only partially clean; there are numerous other things that were left undone and after paying $230.00 with a $10.00 tip the work was completely unacceptable!! I would have liked Kate (the owner) to have replied so that we could have worked this out amicably but she has never responded to any of my texts so I would appreciate it if Angi could please give me some help in this m"

"It is fantastic. I looked and should have taken before and after pictures. No one would believe this is the same carpet I don’t believe it’s the same carpet. I told Mo or The Amazing Mo as I have started calling him my friend wanted to know how it went. He told me close your eyes I did and when hi finished I would have sworn he installed not cleaned my carpet. It always a gamble when you hire someone new to do work; you’re not sure what you will get. I got the top of the line. I believe that God puts people in your life for a reason he sent me Mo. And I am truly happy. I almost don’t want to walk on it. I will definitely see Mo again next year. As long as we both are around I am making this an annual check-up. My carpet was so bad I was embarrassed to have Mo see it. He pull out the table dirt wherever he moved a piece of furniture there was dirt. And spots I love pop and drink it everyday and I’ve spilled it a number of times you could never tell how clumsy I am from my carpet now. While he was cleaning a neighbor came by and we talked awhile he was so pleased he ask Mo to take a look at his rug. Thank you Mo excellent work.
