"Have an elderly AC unit that is near its life's end. I get biannual maintenance with Brinson and Sons. They are prompt, courteous and informative. They go out of their way to communicate and their prices are very reasonable. When my unit goes, they will be the ones to replace it. We are applying for the bronze certificate. Other roofing companies, including the most expensive, were not familiar with these requirements.  Mr. Schroeder supplied me with the paperwork to apply for the mitigation.</p>"

"It went great! We found Fisher Precious Metals on Angie's List, and after googling them, we found they had very positive reviews across the web. Although it was a 45 minute drive from our home, we felt it might be worth it, and it was. We made an appointment with John via email, arrived at 11:00, and spent just over an hour in his office. "Great!  Excel picked me up as a customer from Highland Roofing as Highland was leaving the home roofing business.  Excel Roofing carries the GAF Master Elite installation status and so I was able to get a 25 year installation warranty and 50 year materials warranty backed not only by Excel, but also GAF.  The roof looks great.  Installation was fast and when the rot was discovered, I was consulted on the issue.  The extra labor for replacing the sheeting was minimal.  The salesman was knowledgeable of what we require on the coast as the materials are slightly different and he clearly outlined what would be included.  The installation team was SUPER hard working.  They only took a lunch break and were busily working the rest of the time.  Sady Escalante the owner and his project manager Eric were both involved in making sure the job was done right.  When the materials got delivered the evening before the job started, I noticed the underlayment wasn't what I had ordered (I opted for the synthetic as it wicks away our wicked humidity) and the PM had the right materials on hand by the next morning.  <br /> A re-roof is a messy job.  The team had tarps out that caught most of the debris and they scoured the yard afterwards to clean up the rest.  I'm admittedly super detailed so I gave them a call after the job was done as there was still some small stuff hanging around the yard.  They came back on two occasions to do additional clean up and to address any questions I had.  Their stated goal was for me to be satisfied and they were willing to put in the work for me to be.  Can't ask for more than that. <br /> Bottom Line - Excel is a customer service oriented company who's work is of a quality that they are endorsed by the shingle company.  I'd highly recommend Excel and definately spend the extra money for the Golden Pledge Warranty. <br />"

"Excellent company to hire for any type of project. they did a outstanding job on my fence made sure the ground was leveled out before installing and made sure that the post had extra cement in them to protect from wind damage. Company was on time and very responsible and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely hired them again."
