"Jonathan and crew did a nice job. I wanted four trees trimmed. Three were extending over our roof or screened patio. They did a particularly good job on a large Crepe Myrtle. Jonathan asked if I wanted to stay outside (socially distant) as work was being done to ensure they were doing what I had requested (this made sense as he didn't walk it with me during the quote process). Jonathan would ask if I was happy with what was being done and if there was anything they missed and offered suggestions. At the end of the work they picked up and removed all of the trimmed branches (and it was a lot). That alone would have taken me most of a day to do on my own. In addition to the on-site work, the proposal process was very smooth. I walked the yard with Brian and was able to talk to the office (Lina) when needed."
