"The provider was called based on their AL reviews and the fact they listed Saturday hours, as the problem with our dryer occurred early on a Saturday morning. Contacted the provider around 10a asking about the possiblity of Saturday service. Dispatcher was helpful and efficient. Technician was on-site by 2:30p and had the problem resolved within 30 minutes. The technician also took care of another issue or two with the dryer while there for no additional charge. Excellent experience all the way around from communication by the dispatcher to the timeliness and work done by the technician. This was our first experience using this provider but we will definitely use them again. <br />"

He did no work to fix my "issue" other than to unplug for 30+ seconds (per the technical manual), however Rui took the time to explain what might be causing it. He also explained what steps to fix it if it continues. Gave me part numbers to order if I need to replace power boards so I could save money by ordering/doing it myself."

"Could not get anyone to do the work. Was about to give up then Cope was referred to me. They answered and accepted the appointment. They were here on the money and performed the work. Did an outstanding job. I had called Coit because I was told they were the only ones who could do that type of work. When they arrived they told me it couldn't be done and to call a contractor to reroute the vent. Well Cope did it in about an hour. Outstanding. <br />"

"I used COIT. I was un-enthused by the guy they sent to clean my carpet a couple of years ago. I don't think I will use them again. They took the draped and when they took the drapes back, the installers, who were not the ones who took them down didn't know how to put them up. They had little puff balls on them and they didn't know how they went. They had to get a guy who took them down to come out and he knew. I had never had drapes cleaned before so I have no comparison with pricing. They looked clean to me, no spiders or anything falling out of them. The guy that took them down was very professional."
