"We were very happy with the work completed by Leon Home Repairs. They were efficient and thorough. The work included installing a new countertop, sink, faucet,, and light fixture in one bathroom and painting the bathroom; removing painted wallpaper from one large wall and smoothing and painting the wall; replacing one set of bifold closet doors and trimming off and adjusting multiple other sets so they would operate smoothly; and replacing large window panels and the door in our front entryway. Dimas, who served as the foreman for the work on our house, also smelled gas in our utility closet and on his own initiative, figured out where the gas leak was and showed us, so we could call someone to come repair that. The team had an excellent range of skills and knowledge to tackle the variety of work we needed them to do. We will definitely call Leon Home Repairs again if we need more work done in the future."

"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

"Precision Home Improvement LLC agreed to lay ceramic tile in our laundry room (11x8) for $1300. We provided all flooring and supplies. Was supposed to take 2 days starting 2/28/26. Work took 3 days ending 3/2/26 at 7:30 at night. He told us we could walk on it the next day and it would clean up with a simple mopping. The next day I went into clean up. (Was left a mess) and found cracked and chipped tiles. Tiles were uneven. Grout missing from areas. Grout uneven in most areas. Spacers not pulled up from seams and the were pointed and sharp. I communicated that we needed fixes completed and he said he would be back 3/7 between 12-12:30. He did not show but texted at 3:53 pm he ran into issues and would be here Sunday at 8:30 am and sent me back $200. Again he has not shown up or communicated with us. Will have to hire someone to fix everything if not tear up and start over "
