"The electrician was in and out within 10 minutes. The only issue I had was that I was told I would get a free quote when I set up the appointment. I was charged over $100 for a "diagnostics test" which was just to see what the issue was and all that ended up needing done was for a button to be pushed to reset the GFCI. I was prepared to pay the service call fee $70 and any costs for repairs but no repairs ended up being need. I tried reaching out several times but just keep being told they will have someone call me. It's been over 2 weeks."

He also did a great job of installing our new appliances when they arrived, and he worked well with the carpenters who were building the cabinet for our wall oven. I would highly recommend him! "Pro Green was the cheapest of four bids by a good bit.  But we took a chance based on their overall positive A.L. reviews.  The crew was a good-natured group of hard working guys.  Punctual and professional enough.  But if I am honest about the quality of their work, I'd have to give it a "C"  overall.  The quality of the paint work was a "B", but the drywall repairs a "D."  Part of the job was to repair some drywall columns that had developed cracks over time.  They were to fill the cracks and sand them.  The repair quality was a mixed bag; some columns looked very good, some not so much.  We decided rather than have them rework those columns that we would just finish it ourselves.  After they had completed the rest of the work to our initial satisfaction, we got a light fixture put back up in a dark room.  That's when we noticed a bunch of problems with the ceiling drywall work.  We notified them and to their credit, they they came back out and corrected all the problems with that ceiling and repainted it.  In summary, I would consider using them again (especially for painting).  Between the competitive price, their great attitude, and eagerness to fix any problems, it's hard for me to be too critical of them.

"Mike has integrity! He came the night before our 1st mtg to see my existing lighting. Next day, we went through the existing system and I told him what I thought I needed. Very tactfully, he made some recommendations to improve the lighting of my home and property. We went from the worst lighting to the best lighting in our neighborhood. I paid a little more than I wanted but my wife and I are extremely, extremely happy with the results."

"They did a good job, working to find a new solution after he discovered they doubled up on the studs--making the spot I had chosen too narrow and placement of electrical made other spots challenging. They were finally able to find a spot that would work though and cleaned up thoroughly. The chandelier was installed higher than I had asked but it looks fine and if I had said something at the time I'm sure they would have fixed it."

"The work went well. However, upon arrival I asked to have the piping exchange to the piping that is easier to work with (screw on piping) and not the continous piping. The tech made a comment about possible leaking. I said that was OK. I had exchange that type of pipe though the house and did not have a problem. The change was made. The tech was paid. Two weeks later I had to contact the tech because of a leak. I was charged for the second visit.
