"This was the 2nd time we have used Pearl Painters, and we were again very satisfied. This project involved painting the walls and ceiling of a large bedroom and the master bathroom. Pearl responded quickly to our initial inquiry, visited our home, thoroughly examined the project site, made a video recording of the site and the work to be performed, and provided us with a detailed work scope along with a fair price. The communication was very good throughout the project. The project leader was Isaiah Hines, and he and Josie Robles worked all day and into the night to finish the entire project in one day. They were professional, polite and friendly, and kept us informed throughout the project."

"We hired Lex Construction for siding replacement and exterior paint, which included replacing two windows, some general construction to repair bulges in the studs and some roofing/fascia board repair. Of all the companies we had bid, we really felt like Mike listened to our vision and didn’t feel the need to rearrange it to his preference. He also gave us some great suggestions and recommendations, some which we decided to go ahead with and some not. The price was really reasonable, and we ended up adding the front deck replacement mid-project. Both Mike and Troy were responsive and courteous, and did a great job, as well as the contractors that covered the roofing and paint. A few minor details were missed between what we discussed and what they executed, but nothing major. Overall we were really happy with them, and plan to use them again for additional projects we have in mind. We highly recommend them for your next project!"

The old saying is that a good paint job is 75% preparation and that certainly describes how Pacific Coat painted my house. Our previous painter pressure washed one day and painted the next. Pacific Coat spent four days with a two man crew washing, scraping, calking and spot priming before they painted. When they were nearly done they asked me to inspect everything and make a touch-up list. I was pretty picky about it. Their response was to take care of all of it, immediately, with no questions asked. That's excellent service. I worked outside on other projects during the paint job and observed almost everything the painters did. There is no doubt they are serious professionals dedicated to a job well done."

"Luis, the owner, did most of the work himself. With a larger crew it could have been completed faster but that was not a priority for us. He went above and beyond our expectations in making sure everything was caulked and that any repairs were completed before painting. Our house required a lot of detail and the finished product was exceptional. We will definitely call on Luis for any professional paint jobs in the future."
