He gave me tips on how to manage the pump failure and keep my koi fish alive for a few days until he could arrive. "Israel and his team were great to work with and I am really happy with both of the projects they competed for me. They replaced an old, failing retaining wall with a beautiful stone retaining wall with a French drain behind it. I showed Israel pictures of what I wanted it to look like and his team did an amazing job making my vision a reality. They were careful with my existing plants and landscaping and went above and beyond by moving and repotting a shrub that I was unable to move by myself before the work began. They also replaced parts of my backyard that had been removed by neighbors and built a beautiful new fence and gate out of cedar. They did an amazing job matching the style of the existing fence and my yard looks so much better now. I am so happy with everything and I would work with GI Landscaping again anytime!"

"Had a sprinkler system installed on about 1/3 of an acre in the spring of 2022 with a 3 year guarantee. They were prompt about coming out, giving an estimate and taking a payment. Poor communication following the install regarding operation. Problems with water reaching all areas of the grass were downplayed. After repeatedly not answering texts or phone messages I was berated by Mr. Hawk for being "Mr. Difficult". I ended up buying and changing 3 sprinkler heads so that water would reach everywhere and eliminate brown spots. Terrible customer service !"
