Adrian came out today and reworked the 1935 plumbing and installed the new sink. He did an awesome job. The plumbing work is perfect and hidden behind the pedestal. The caulking work was excellent. "The whole experience with 3 Mountains Plumbing was outstanding from Nicole at the office to Jon Marc and Peter, the plumbers. They originally scheduled me for an appointment 5 days out, but Nicole watched appointments carefully and moved my appointment to the same day I called. Jon Marc, the plumber, was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me different options, which allowed me to decide what worked best for me. He even gave me a teacher discount. After installing my water heater at 8:00 p.m. at night, he discovered a manufacturing problem with the water heater. He called another plumber, Peter. Peter was going off shift and was at the office, but got another water heater and brought it to my house so Jon Marc could install it! I think other plumbers would have said that they needed to come back the next day, but Jon Marc stayed until 10:00 p.m. installing the water heater. I will never use another plumbing company because 3 Mountains is the best! Nicole, Peter and Jon Marc... Thank you!"

"I have used Pacific Crest for multiple plumbing needs over the years. When I first bought my house I needed a sink faucet installed and they came out and did it. They have replaced a hot water heater, and fixed clogged sinks and toilets for me too. They are so fast, well priced, and nice to work with. Plus I know they will treat me right, I have had them out before and Nick will go over what is wrong and if I can fix it with something simple, he tells me. I have old pipes so sometimes it's a clog that just wont get cut but onetime I thought it was that, I tried chemicals, I tried a plunger, nothing. "Lifesavers! It was quite a situation with family staying at the house for the wedding and it was wedding DAY! The ladies still needed to shower and there is only one bathroom. I called Grumpy's Drains in the morning at 10:00 and they were there before 12:00. They provided good info on the phone and upfront with pricing, so I knew what to expect. They were able to get the drains cleared and assess the sewer line situation with a camera. It's upsetting to know there is a crack in the sewer line, but Keith was helpful locating where in the line, explained the situation well and provided some good advise. We're grateful."
