I will say that I ALWAYS advised any of the customers I referred that “S&O Greenworks can effectively transform a struggling lawn or act as a good steward for a new lawn, IF ONLY the customer will follow the instructions left at the door after each lawn servicing and PROPERLY WATER their St. Augustine lawns adequately!” I would tell them that if they didn’t have a properly functioning sprinkler system, all the efforts of S&O Greenworks would be futile and without proper watering, the customer’s lawn would not change! "The owners are very very knowledgeable and professional. They know their stuff!!! They found a leak in the Irrigation system of our home and several cut lines which apparently had been neglected/ covered up and hasn't been used in many years. This found leak will resolve my elevated water bill which I assumed originated was from the pool. Thank you guys so much for your expertise and professionalism. "By far the best lawn care company we’ve had in a long time. He’s very nice and his work is clean and he’s very detailed on everything. I saw the cameras and he was literally taking every bad plant off with his hands instead of just mowing it out like all the other companies usually do and then it’ll grown right back up. But with him I see my lawn restoring good and coming back to life. I totally recommend his company he’s great and the communication with him is quick and very responsive."

"They came out right away, maybe three or four days from the call. They looked at the lawn and I signed the contract. The only issue I had was the salesman, I think he was. It was about the discount. I asked him very pointed, he called the office to have that answered. But he did have a coupon to give me off the first payment. I called the company and addressed that. They stated that he should have done that discount. It was a discount for being an Angie's List member. I don't know if he thought it would effect his commission or something. I owned my business for thirty five years, and my people would have never done that. I like the guy that has this route or whatever. And I say him the second time. I am very ignorant with all this lawn service. He seems to be very conscientious, the problem seems to be with the salesperson. I think this outfit is good, but it still kind of remains to be seen because of the salesperson, but I feel it was probably reprimanded. There seemed to be vagueness with the time of arrival, even when I called back in to double check. I would of even liked within a day notice."

"My lawn has dramatically improved since I have brought them in and gotten rid of TruGreen.  I have seen a dramatic improvement, the service is fantastic.  They are very thorough and fantastic, they are just a great company to deal with. I have gotten my son to use them and 7-10 neighbors have switched to them from my advise and they are just a great company to deal with.  Greg from PHS has a degree in horticulture and he mixes his own formula for the lawn fertilizer.  He just does a fantastic job and his employees are like family, they are just great people.  Good service, I just couldn't give them a higher recommendation, I have never been more happy with a company that I've dealt with."
