It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

Scott was really helpful on the phone in explaining what they would do, and that our safety with a wood burning fireplace and oil tank was a priority to them to ensure it was safe. The appointment booking process was seamless, Scott mentioned they would call the night before and day of before arriving. Bridget was very sweet when she called the night before to confirm our appointment window timeframe, and Scott called day of 30 mins prior to their arrival. My fiance was onsite to let them in and said the two technicians who arrived were very professional and thorough in their inspection and cleaning. They provided us with some options to further make our fireplace/chimney run better which we will more than likely move forward with.
