"We highly recommend Kentucky Clean Air. We had previously tried two other air duct cleaning services at prior homes. One lacked professionalism and both were mediocre in quality, so we were pretty hesitant to try out another one. Every person we encountered, from the person who provided our phone quote to the two technicians who cleaned out our ductwork to the owner, was super professional, informative, and friendly. The price was also reasonable. The two technicians who came to our home performed the work in a timely manner and continually kept us apprised of their progress. Additionally, they discovered a few issues with our ductwork connections to the vents of which we were unaware. They even went so far as to fix the issues that did not require an HVAC professional. After the service was completed, we had some follow-up questions, so we contacted the company and promptly received a call back from the owner, Chad. "My washing machine quit working Friday morning- within 2 hours, Appliance Medic was there, had it repaired (the door lock had gone bad), and I was ready to go. They were very quick to come out, assess, and fix the issue. They asked what model I had when I made the appointment, so they could have most of the typical repair parts on hand- sure enough they had exactly what they needed and fixed it there and then. Also, they do not upcharge on parts. <br /> They were super fast, and the repair costs were less than I expected (feared). Would definitely recommend. <br />"

"I called on Tuesday on my lunch break around 2:00. I was told they would be able to come Thursday. The front desk was very clear on my questions regarding carpet cleaning. Since this was my first time I wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly. She made me feel very confident in this company. The owner and his worker called around 8:40 am Thursday . And told me they would be at my home around 9:20am. They showed up right on time and got right to work. After doing a walk through with him. My carpets were disgusting and needed a deep cleaning.
