"Great experience.  Fred worked with us every step of the way.  At no time did we feel any pressure and were encouraged to ask questions, make observation and were an active partner in the process.  Our decision to go with Premier Floors was the professionalism we met in selecting our engineered wood floors.   Fred did the measurements which came in 50 ft less than other estimates we received.  He ordered the wood and set up the tentative date for delivery for acclimating the wood and date for installation.  Unfortunately the manufacturer missent the wood to Orlando instead of Sterling and began dragging their feet on a speedy shipment back to Sterling.  Fred did not take excuses from them because he knew we were eager. Upon Fred's threat of the cancelation of the order and his pressure on the company  we were able to get the wood with less than a weeks delay.  His installer crew was also excellent.  They had to remove both old wood and lots of carpet which they did and then prepared the sub floor which included some sanding down.  The complete the work in 1 day and did an excellent job.  They also hauled the old wood and carpet.   One thing of note.......Fred had estimated the exact amount of wood we would need while others had estimated an extra 50 feet which would have cost us over $400 extra dollars above what we paid.  Without any reservation we would strongly recommend Fred and the folks at Premier Floors.   They have also expanded into cabinets and will definitely  use them for our kitchen upgrade

"Best experience ever.  I contacted three contractors asking for bids.  Marshall Painter came to my home twice before submitting a bid.  Amazingly his bid was half of the other bids I received.  I then contacted him again and he once again came to my home and we talked about the project.  He had given me a bid of $9000.00 but when he came to my home this time he apologized and immediately told me that he had miss-quoted me before and the job would actually be $11,000.  This price was still half of what I received from other contractors so we talked for a while and I gave Marshall the job.  The next day I called Miss Utility and had the utilities marked and Marshall went for the permit.  A few days later the job began.  Each day Marshall and his team showed up bright and early at 7:00 a.m. and worked 12 hour days.  In one week construction was completed and my wife and I were more than happy with the results. The day the inspector came a couple of things did not pass inspection.  One item was pretty simple, just a couple of bolts in the headers.  However the inspector said that some metal flanges had to be installed both in the ceiling and under the flooring.  Marshall couldn't find anything in the plans or requirements but rather than argue with the inspector he spent an additional day fixing the problems and the next day the inspector came back and passed the job.  Marshall handled the situation in a professional manner that guaranteed the job would get done instead of complaining and causing problems with the inspector.  Absolutely, positively, the best porch ever built.  We wanted a large outdoor living space where we could entertain and our new porch more than fulfills our wants or desires."
