A couple of days later they called me to inform me that I had black mold in my vents and came to remediate it quickly. They spoke to me about everything that was about to occur which put me at ease. Unfortunately, my latest experience with the Hoffacker's team was horrible and I won't use their services going forward. The technicians were great. But the pricing ($450 for 40 minutes of service in my home) seemed very high. When I called to request a clarification for the charge, the service manager was rude, disrespectful and did not follow up when he promised to do so. On my third call back to discuss the issue with him, he rudely told me that the company does not want me as a customer and would take me off their customer list. I have never experienced anything like this in any customer service encounter (on any front). Rude. Disrespectful. Horrible customer service. Especially to a loyal, 30 year customer. I won't be giving them business going forward. And would never recommend them to any of my friends."
