"I would highly recommend EA Roofing and Siding LLC to anyone contemplating a roofing project. Prior to contracting with TJ, the owner of EA, I had spoken with him on various other roofing jobs he was performing throughout our community. On each occasion he took the time to answer my roofing questions with a high degree of knowledge and professionalism. When TJ began work on the second of my two neighbors' homes, I made the decision to work with EA Roofing on my roof replacement project. TJ paid a visit to our home and walked us through the various steps of the project, reviewed various samples/types of roofing shingles and provided us with excellent pricing on the project. In addition, TJ provided references and locations of roofing projects he had completed in the local area in order to assist us in making our final shingle selection. This was key in our selection of the proper color roof shingle as it provided us a means to not only see the shingles on a specific roof but also what the color of the shingles look like at various times of the day. Lastly, all of our questions were answered to allay any fears we had about moving forward with this large project. Our roofing project was completed in a single day with 10 men working on the roof from 7:00 am until nearly 7:00 pm. in the evening. All of the area surrounding my home was covered with tarpaulin. One of the men on the team cleaned up on an ongoing basis throughout the day so that by the time the project was completed in the evening, all debris (old underlayment, shingles, nails, etc.)had been removed from the surrounding area leaving the house in exactly the same state as it was when the project began at 7:00 am. Any and all issues/concerns were immediately addressed by TJ and his team in a punctual and professional manner. We couldn't be more pleased with TJ, EA Roofing, and our new roof!"

"It went well. I had asked for an estimate when Aqua Pressure washing cleaned my gutters. Zach gave me an estimate and explained to me what roof cleaning involved, and told me a bit about his experience in this field. After we agreed to have it done, we had some problems with scheduling the work due to weather considerations. But Zack called me as soon as he saw the possibility of getting it done before winter set in. They came and really did a great job; the roof looks so clean! Zack tells me that the chemicals will continue to work when it rains, which will significantly delay the reappearance of the mildew. This is a recurring problem in our subdivision, and I will definitely recommend Agua Pressure Washing, and call them again when I need this service again.

"Great, Ernie and Louis arrived on-time across three days. They took apart the entire deck (and I mean every aspect of the Trex deck - boards, railings, lighting system) and waterproofed everything. Basically the original builder skipped a crucial step and water was building up int he support columns - gallons of water. In the pics you will notice the wide open spaces where flashing / waterproofing should be. The waterproofing you see was my earlier attempt to resolve with a friend. My stairs (again, same builder) were also sinking. Ernie and Louis jacked the stairs up, leveled them and put a permanent support base for the stairs. They feel rock solid right now. They worked clean and to my surprise, nothing got damaged in the breakdown and reassembly of the deck. I was expecting something, that is the just the nature of taking something apart, but it went together well. That reflects a lot of skill, knowledge and thoroughness. Overall, the repair job prevented a tens of thousands of dollars situation. Getting a quote and scheduling was easy. I could not recommend Ernie / Restore Build enough. Finally, I learned a few things from even talking to Ernie. I am handy, but it is always great when contractors provide knowledge to homeowners while getting the job done."

"We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. I definitely recommend No More Dirty Roofs to any home owner needing roof cleaning."
