They came out, and determined that the problems were of a different nature than what they do and required the services of a carpenter to fix a faulty deck. "Tech arrived 1 hour late, due to complication from a previous job(as told to me by dispatcher). Work was completed in 4.5 hours to replace 2 shut off valves in a bathroom and kitchen sink, install a pressure reducing valve in the basement and repair a pipe on the exterior of the house. The tech also repaired leaks in a water pipe. I was pleased with the work but unprepared for how the costs were calculated per the advertised special. If I hire MPB again, I would need to know which jobs the promo covered and budget accordingly."
