"This is a family owned company in business for generations and they take pride in not only knowing their product but also in their work. When I first called & talked to Denise she spent half an hour describing the product and referred me to a website that was incredibly helpful in making a decision on our roofing material and installer. <br /> Because of fires and wet or windy weather in Colorado the work was delayed from the original install date but it was well worth waiting for. Lianro took care of everything from an estimate that was fair and was not exceeded, getting the permit and inspection, tearing off & disposing of the old roof, the construction of a new roof line (thanks Bruce) and installing the new roof.  <br /> They had a dumpster brought out for disposing of all the trash and did a very nice job cleaning up around the perimeter of the house. The crew was courteous, professional and worked very hard to do a beautiful job.  <br /> Our neighbor decided to replace his roof at the same time and is also very happy with the product and their work. <br /> The VersaShield layed under the roof will keep our home cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. and the roofing material used, Metro stone coated metal roof, lowered our home insurance rate by half and is top rated.   <br /> We are so very happy with Llanro Roofing and would highly recommend them. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Work went well; however, my windows are not as sound proof or energy efficient as I thought they would be so Rolox will be coming back out to check on their installation. My check was lost in the mail and I received harassing and threatening calls and Rolox was about to put a lien on my house and charge me a $495 fee and 24% interest rate but halted when they received my reissued check that I had previously indicated to them was in the mail when they continued to keep calling asking for payment."

"As first time homebuyers our experience with Emporia Roofing was excellent!  They showed up on time and the job was done only in 2 days.  Our roof was in very bad shape (no leaks) but the previous owners had done it themselves and it showed.  The roof was bowing, it sagged and there were shingles missing.  On top of that there was 3 layers of shingles that were just put right over on top of each other and probably been there since "who knows when!"  They were professional, they stayed in contact with us and the owner gave us $250 off for the 30 year shingles due to a mistake with the previous estimator.  They answered our questions and the crew was extremely friendly.  Our house looks refreshed again and we are proud to show off our house in the neighborhood.  They were the least expensive estimate we had gotten, by almost $1000-$2000.   We only have a 1200 sq ft house and we thought it was a deal.  They worked with us when it came to making payments on the materials and when the day of the job was done, I smiled and handed the check over to the Superintendent and complimented them again on the beautiful job they did and how happy we were!  If we still own the house in 20-30 years we will be seeing you again, because this company is the only one we will be using and recommending!  Thank you Charlie for having the best crew.  Sincerely, The Hanson's Council Grove <br />"

Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

They made sure that the skirts around the skylights were sealed correctly so they would not leak. The process was also very quick; they finished in one day.
