Among other things, his largest job was completely replacing exterior siding that had suffered from dry rot. He was able to find the only source that matched my specialized siding. He has done a great deal of maintenance and repairs both inside and outside of my home."

"Steve came out in mid-July on time, as planned, for the estimate. He was very personable and professional. He said that because it was a small job that he would need to fit it in between larger jobs.He felt certain that it could be done within 5-6 weeks. I was fine with that, as long as it was completed before the end of November/early December. For various reasons, the job kept getting delayed until being completed at the very end of September. My main concern was that the product be applied thickly enough. He applied one 5-gallon can of the Gaco silicone material. He assured me that was the proper amount. The information I found online indicated close to twice that amount needed to be applied. I tried to contact him regarding this and never heard back. He even left the wand from his power washer at my house, which I told him about. He never came back to get it. In addition, there was an area under the eaves where the product was not completely applied - more of an eyesore than anything, but I see it every time I look at it from my backyard. I waited this long thinking that he would either contact me or come back for his wand, but he didn't. Everything following the estimate was less than I expected. I would not recommend this company or use them again."

"We needed a new roof for our house. Our ‘old’ roof had few leaks and several problems that required the replacement with a new one. The last rain resulted in a water leak to the bedrooms area. So, we called Landmark construction energy upgrade because they did our neighbor's roof a year ago and they gave us an estimate at that time. This time, they just updated the estimate and they were able to lower it, which was cheaper than the other estimates we got. The good feeling was much better because it’s a family business who not only give the bid but do the work. No hard sell here or having the bid from one guy but the work is with unknown others - as it was with other bids. Landmark did the job so good and very fast as well which was awesome! The workers from Landmark made sure to clean the roof and they did a quality work. The roof was a mess with lots of humps, bumps and terrible pad for the Air conditioning. They rebuilt it all, and had people who came to do specialty tasks, such as hooking up the dish, the air conditioning condenser etc.… More than that, they also fixed the gutters and made sure they are connected correctly. All in all, this project is complete and done. We are no longer have to deal with the old roof and leaks for at least for 20 years. Before we did the new roof, The office staff helped us with the Cool Roof rebate from the power company and the federal tax rebate for an Energy Star roof, both of which we were not aware. Landmark construction energy upgrade are now our roofers who did a great work and have other great contractors to supplement for special tasks and run an all-around energy efficient business. If we ever move or we have a natural disaster, we know who will work for us."

"He's an honest guy and when I do need a new roof, he's who I'm going to call. He climbed on the roof and checked everything. He didn't see anything obvious that could cause a leak and the shingles looked fine and aren't spongy or anything. He said maybe the tiny spots on the ceiling were caused moisture from ventilation holes were maybe blocked, which can cause a little bit of condensation. He was just super. He's the first honest guy. The other guys that gave me an estimate made me think that roofers are swindlers or something. He's great. He was the first honest guy and he was on time.
