Also, it was unclear if we were supposed to call 811; we assumed he would, but didn't, and this was an issue as the water line was hit during construction and the city had to come to shut it off on the whole street. It was handled quickly, but would have been avoidable. The project ended up taking much more time than expected, but it was completed in a day, as promised. I would recommend him, but you should be diligent and responsible yourself to make sure all the right steps are being taken."

"Jose Guzman’s work is top notch and he couldn’t be a nicer person to work with. Jose and his crew dug deep into the ground around my house and installed a French drain. They repaved my sidewalk and driveway, and repaired concrete around my house after the drainage plan was installed. The soil was hard and rocky, it was tough work, and they dug at least as deep as necessary, or even more. These are honest, extremely hard-working guys. My house sits at the bottom of a hill, and water now flows seamlessly into the street rather than into my garage.
