"Derek was prompt at coming out to give us an estimate. I was impressed when he pointed out the smoke on the ceiling in the family room and stressed they will prime those areas before painting. He was the only painter who estimated the job to point out that situation. He and his crew were prompt, friendly and very careful to protect our items. Everything was covered in plastic to prevent paint from getting on items or carpet. Also it stopped sanding dust from spreading throughout the house. We are very pleased with Derek and his crew .. they did an outstanding job. I would recommend them highly."

"Outstanding job by Anthony and his team. Our home actually has aluminum siding and when it came time for a fresh look, we were debating replacing the siding (very expensive) or having it freshly re-painted. We couldn't be happier going with Anthony's team for having it re-painted and helping with any exterior repairs needed. We are in the process of hiring Anthony's team again for some other projects. We HIGHLY recommend hiring Preemo Painting & Repairs. Thanks!"

"Very happy with Sadot and his family business. He personally answers the phone 24/7 ( not a call center or 3rd party ) You deal directly with the owner. He communicates every day. He power washed old stain off, fixed and repaired bad and rotten wood, re-stained the desk. He followed price quote, he completed in time frame is originally stated, Workmanship of repairs and staining was PERFECT..these guys ( all family members ) are perfectionist, made sure I was a ratified customer, and his price was VERY REASONABLE, The next time I need anything related to painting, or exterior wood repair and finishing, he will be my first and maybe only call because I trust him, and I don't trust most people, but he earned my trust and confidence."

"We hired Performance Painters to paint our kitchen, kitchen cabinets and family room. Ken offered us a very reasonable price for the job. He is a professional painter who pays close attention to details. We cannot be happier with his work. My cabinets that were old and outdated look brand new along with the entire kitchen/family room area. Ken is now my go-to for all my painting projects. We definitely recommend Performance Painters."

"It was GREAT! First, his was the most affordable bid. We especially appreciated that because, as we were in the bid-taking process, we had a multi-thousand-dollar plumbing disaster that affected us budget- and time-wise. Saul stuck with us until we were ready, he showed up to the minute at the time we requested and he always wore a mask when he was talking to us, which I appreciated because I"m in the high-risk age group. He kept us updated on how things were going. When he was finished, only 8 hours later for a two-room, double-coat job, he cleaned up, including shop-vacuuming the work area, and put everything back where it was. And the rooms were BEAUTIFUL! We are EXTREMELY pleased with Saul and this company and will call him again for our next paint project."

"MNM painting did a great job on my family room project. Guillermo and his crew professional and diligent in their work."

"The project was to paint exterior trim, replace rotted trim in some spots, and replace 3 gable vents. I was very pleased with their promptness, hard work and quality. Would definitely use them again for other services and would highly recommend getting a quote from them for your project."
