Our dog had gotten a flu bug or something and had accidents in SEVERAL areas of the rug, I rolled the rug up and took it outside. It had been out there a few day and been rained on. I called Service Master and they came and picked the rug up and took it back to their shop. I got the rug back a couple days later completely cleaned and no smells were left lingering!! I thought I would have to throw the rug away but Service Master saved the day and truely went above and beyond!!! I truely appreciate your service and hard work!!!!"

"I called Monroe after researching reviews on Angies List and checking out their personal website which had a lot of very helpful information. I have 3200+ sq. ft. house with a split system (in other words a LOT of vents and ductwork). Since my house was built in 1984, I am pretty sure the ductwork had never been cleaned out. Same for the dryer vent line which runs approx. 15-20 feet through my crawl space. <br /> This is a family owned and operated business and it took the entire crew to do this job. They were punctual and very professional and did a MAGNIFICENT JOB!! THe air in the house smells so much better and less musty, and it was frightening the amount of crud and construction debris they pulled out of the vents. We had a plumber over at the same time and they were easily able to work around that contractor with no issues. Aaron, his wife, and his son were very pleasent to chat with too. When they were done with the work, you would never know they were even in the house! I am fairly sure they left my carpet cleaner when they left than when they got there! The only regret I have is not asking for an estimate for them to clean the apholstry on my couch! The charge for all the work was $475 (which is below average if you read reviews), and that included a discount for Angies List members. <br /> I would definitely recommend Monroe, and fully intend on asking them about my dingy couch! <br />"
