"Very professional company to work with. Was having leaks over the years after multiple handy man repairs, but those usually dont last especially after the hurricane we just had. When it was time to re-roof, I came across Clear View. Communication was excellent. There was not a single time someone didnt answer my call or call me back ASAP to answer any questions I may have had. Their price was right in line with the other estimates I had received, so it really came down to who can provide me with the most trustworthy work. They were on top of the project from start to finish, and completed the job exactly when they projected. "Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough.
