To remove the very large tree stump they had to grind it down. They put up boards to protect my window. Around the stump were rocks and they removed all the rocks and did not leave them in an untidy pile, but carefully distributed the rocks to nearby flowerbeds. Cleanup was excellent. Every year it gets worse and worse but who wants to pay for a new roof when you think you cam just fix it every year. Removed the back yard concrete slabs that had lifted and tilted as the retaining wall had leaned, and put in a new continuous concrete surface. Removed the cracked front yard driveway that had cracks and an ugly patch from having replaced the sewer line, and put in a new driveway. This included a drain to eliminate the puddle that had always formed in front of the porch when it rained, and laid tile on the concrete porch. They did a great job. Yosif does not like to write detailed contracts, but he did everything he said he would."
