He was also very transparent about costs and options from the beginning, and began work on laying the driveway within a few days of signing the contract. He asked for 50% upfront and 50% when finished, which I felt was very fair. He completed the job in a little over one day. "TKO Lawn Service and More was the only company that answered my request. They arrived the same day and gave me an estimate to have the job done. They returned 2 days later and began the tedious job. In 105 degree temperture they toiled throughout the day unBefore leaving I paid them in fulltil one of their weed=eaters broke down because of the tall grass area. They told me that they would return in 2 days to complete the project, that they needed to repair the weed=eater. Before leaving I paid them in full. Sure enough, 2 days later they returned to complete the job, and worked for several hours, agains, in 105 degree temertture. They did an excellent job and I am hiring them for another project in late August. I highly recommend this honest and dependable company."
