While working as a subcontractor, he noticed that many house painting companies did not care about the quality of the finished work and cut corners to maximize profits, deceiving customers in the process. He also witnessed many outstanding warranty issues go unresolved. His overall feeling was that many painting contractors only cared about money. When he started his own house painting company, Paint One, in Charlotte, the first thing on his business agenda was to determine how to provide 100% customer satisfaction and to put in place a strong warranty to protect homeowners against defects in workmanship. Nathan is great to work with - he listens to your needs and concerns and addresses them, as well as coming back to address any outstanding items on the punchlist. He and his team were respectful and polite, and they met our goals. Nathan is also a good communicator and kept us updated with their daily progress. We would hire them again if/when needed."

They replaced my vents which I knew needed attention but no other roofing company included them in their estimate There were no surprise costs either. He took pictures of every and kept me updated throughout the process. They even did my shed as a last minute add on. They were honest, courtesy and a pleasure to work with.
