In my time welding it has taken me to the tops of water towers and as deep as coal mines. I have also worked in various power plants as a welder. "Hey guys, our new roof looks great and Danny, the color is just right!   Had a very positive experience with Mathis Home Improvements.  Will say we are very detail oriented and spent much time / effort learning about and checking on brands, colors, getting addresses to see certain roofs, etc. and these guys helped. <br /> Danny from Mathis came to our house and spent time talking with us and he could not have been any nicer or more helpful.  He helped clarify information, answered numerous questions, looked over our sample boards with us, listened, and gave great advice.  We had narrowed down our choices but after talking with him, we were able to feel good about our final decision.  He <br /> also made us feel very comfortable offering for us to call him as needed if we had any additional needs or questions.  Great <br /> start, huh?  He then checked our roof, did measurements, took some pictures as well. <br /> Proposal was written, signed, and returned.  Felt comfortable with their pricing for we had additional proposals submitted to us prior to talking with Mathis.  The work crew was then scheduled to come out. <br /> The workers arrived early am as had been indicated to us.  They were very hard working, seemed to get along well, and worked well as a team.  A good job with clean up was done as well.  It was a two day project and we are very pleased with the end results. <br /> So thanks to one and all for a job well done."

This contractor and all his workers were prompt, used high quality materials and did an admirable job repairing all the problems left by the other crew. BCI was able to give us a competitive quote to install a standing seam metal roof; Confidence in money deposited for work to be done; Understanding of the advantages of metal; Scheduling was successful dependent on weather and COVID; Installing of roofing was done about a week; Cleanup of area daily was good to end of job cleanup. Crew was friendly and responsive. Was able to perform visual inspections personally. Will update as time progresses on any future issues and followup by BCI addressing those issues. Right now all looks good. Amount spent for new roof - $28K"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
